Poppy Seed Turkey Salad

My Friend Debbie - Poppy Seed Turkey Salad

This is a refreshing change from casseroles.  It is also a delightful dish to serve at a luncheon or tea.

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 cups diced, cooked turkey
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup halved seedless grapes (red or green)
  • 1 cup poppy seed dressing

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Chill well.
  3. Serve on a bed of leaf lettuce.

Wonderful with bran muffins!

Serves 6-8

For a more delicate flavor, you could use chicken instead of turkey.
