Chicken and Green Bean Alfredo

This is a very easy one-skillet meal. If you want to make something new and different, try this. 


  • 6oz. dried fettuccine
  • 1 to 1 1/4 cups of purchased light or regular alfredo sauce
  • 2 14-1/2oz cans of Del Monte Cut Green Beans, drained
  • 6oz (about 1-1/4 cups) cooked chicken strips
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or sage leaves (optional)


  1. Cook pasta to package directions; drain. Return to saucepan
  2. Meanwhile, heat sauce, green beans and chicken in medium saucepan; stir occasionally.
  3. Toss well with hot pasta
  4. Transfer to serving dish
  5. Sprinkle with chesse.
  6. Garnish with basil or sage if desired
