Bacon, Broccoli and Farfalle Alfredo

I recently found this recipe on www.hormel.com and it sounds fast and delicious. I’m planning to try it this week.

Bacon, Broccoli Alfredo - My Friend Debbie


  • 1 (12-ounce) package bow-tie pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (2.1-ounce) package Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli in nonfat butter sauce
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar roasted garlic Parmesan cheese sauce


  1. In microwave-safe casserole, combine bow-tie pasta and bacon.
  2. Microwave broccoli according to package directions. Stir broccoli in butter sauce into pasta mixture.
  3. Heat Parmesan cheese sauce according to package directions; gently fold into pasta mixture. Cover casserole. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (75%) 1 minute.


If you'd like, add sliced ripe olives, chopped pimientos or toasted pine nuts for extra pizzazz.
