Potato Bacon Soup



A family favorite! Flavorful, fast and perfect for a family dinner. Soups are a great idea to serve solo or with a toasted sandwich or salad. Hope you like this one!

Potato Bacon Soup - My Friend Debbie

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 (10-ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 6 slices Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled

Directions:

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; sauté. Stir in soup, milk and half-and-half. Add bacon; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated thoroughly.

Note: You can always add some shredded cheese to the top. Enjoy!
