Festival Pound Cake



     Whether it's parties, graduations, celebrations or just a special treat this festival pound cake, is sure to bring a smile to everyone's face!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 sticks of butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring peach jam (add to dough)

Directions

  1. Do not preheat oven (start in cold oven).
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 300 degrees until done.
