By nature, I have always loved planning events. It was only by “accident” (or divine appointment) that I actually realized my talent and put it to use in the event industry. Prior to being an event planner, I taught middle school in the private sector. Today, I get to travel all over the world organizing events and trade shows. I have always said that if you could lead a bunch of middle schoolers on a field trip, you could do anything! Sometimes that is exactly what it is like when planning events and getting people and things where they need to be!
My husband & I have been married for 28 years and have 3 grown children. We enjoy vacationing and sharing new adventures with them and consider each of them a tremendous blessing. We plan an annual ski trip together in the winter and a camping trip in the fall. These are the events I look forward to the most.
My life goals are to teach and minister to women, sharing my life experiences with them, and to someday write a book with stories taken from my journals. My favorite verse is Proverbs 31:26 “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” In my spare time I enjoy reading, sailing, camping and hiking.
