Seafood Pizza Appetizer
This is a great seafood appetizer for entertaining guests!
Ingredients:
- 1-8oz block of cream cheese
- 1-8 oz bottle of cocktail sauce
- 1-can of tiny shrimp (drained)
- 1-can of lump crabmeat (drained)
- 1-2 green onions (minced)
- 1 box of melba toast (or crackers)
Directions:
- Spread cream cheese over a dinner plate
- Cover with cocktail sauce
- Sprinkle shrimp and crab
- Garnish with green onions
- Serve chilled with melba toast
