Cinnamon Apple Kettle Cobbler


  • 4-6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced

  • Cinnamon Mixture:
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 T cinnamon
    • 3/4 t nutmeg
    • 1/4 t ginger
    • 1/4 t all-spice
    • 1/4 t salt
  • 6 T butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Coat the inside of your crock pot with a thin layer of butter.
  2. Cover bottom with apples.
  3. Pour Cinnamon Mixture over the apples.
  4. Mix butter, flour, and brown sugar together, and then add over cinnamon mixture.
  5. Add oatmeal, then the walnuts.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours, until bubbly.
  7. Serve with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
