Yogurt Pound Cake



Ingredients:

 Use the yogurt container as your measuring scoop:

  • 1 serving of plain yogurt
  • 1 of oil
  • 1 of orange juice
  • 2 of sugar
  • 3 of self-rising flour

Then add:

  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

     Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together with a electric mixer just until well blended. Pour in two small loaf pans or one large tube pan that has been greased and lightly floured. Sprinkle top with grated coconut (optional). Bake for 25-35 minutes(check middle for doneness).  If top begins to brown to fast cover loosely with aluminum foil.

     Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing. Serve warm with whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries.
