Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter (I use creamy)
  • 6 tbs. butter softened
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate morsels
  • ½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. With electric mixer cream together the butter and peanut butter. Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in flour and salt. Mix together well. By hand fold in 1 cup of chocolate morsels.
  3. Spread this in an ungreased 13-inch deep dish pizza pan or quiche pan.
  4. Bake approximately 25 minutes. Watch it closely to not over bake. Sprinkle with remaining morsels and let sit until morsels are shiny, then spread out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Slice as a pizza.

Optional:
Try different flavored morsels. I use a mix of regular chocolate and white chocolate.
