Spinach Balls

One of our family’s favorite appetizers is Spinach Balls.  We have discovered that you don’t need to like spinach to enjoy these tasty morsels!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups chicken flavored stuffing mix, prepared
  • ½ cup melted margarine
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 T dry onions
  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Mix and shape into 1” balls.
  2. Freeze or bake right away for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

(You may also make in a casserole dish.)

Enjoy!
