Oriental Pork Chops

This recipe is super easy and delicious!  My mom used to make it all the time when we were growing up and we all loved it!

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 cans French Onion Soup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place rice on bottom.
  3. Add pork chops on top of rice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour soup over top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

If you’re having company, make two baking dishes full and everyone will be happy!

     Enjoy!
