The Mom McMuffin

So, I have taken the old fast food standby and made it my own...

I call it the "Mom McMuffin" and it's easy and yummy and sure to please the pickiest eaters!

Ingredients:

  • English Muffin (split and toasted...we prefer Thomas..their nooks and crannies are perfect for catching butter!)
  • Two slices of deli ham
  • One slice of American Cheese
  • One egg scrambled
  • Butter

Directions:

  1.  Butter each half of the English Muffin (after toasting)
  2. Place a piece of ham on each side
  3. Cover one side with American Cheese
  4. Cover one side with the scrambled egg
  5. Place under a low broiler for 3-4 minutes (watch closely so that it doesn't burn).

Notes:

Enjoy with a glass of orange juice and a sweet morning devotional!

May the Lord bless the hands that lovingly care and nourish the bodies and spirits of those He has called you to love, in the precious name of Jesus, Amen!
