"Company" Apple Cake



The cold season is quickly approaching so pull out those cake pans and get ready for some baking. This cake will sure be a hit for all the Christmas gatherings. (It’s so good it would make Steve Jobs proud!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs                                                               
  • Frosting
  • 2 cups Sugar                                         
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup oil                                                 
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese
  • 4 cups flour                                             
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt                                           
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon                          
  • dash salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ¾ cups shredded granny smith apples (4 apples)
  • 1 cup chopped black walnuts

Directions:

Mix together.

Pour into a greased pan (Mixture will be thick).

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Frosting Directions:

Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
