Homemade Granola



Homemade Granola is the perfect healthy treat for any day!

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 
  • 1 cup snowflake coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

 

Direction: 

1. Melt butter and mix in the honey.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients.

3. Mix it all together and place in a lasagna sized baking dish or stone.

4. Bake at 275 degrees in three separate timings at 30 minutes each (90 minutes total).

5. After each 30 minute segments stir the granola. 

Delicious over yogurt, oatmeal or just alone!
