Italian Pasta Salad

This is a great hit for a church potluck or a summer picnic!!


  • About 2 cups of Rotini pasta
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • ½ a block of mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • A handful of pepperoni (quartered)
  • ¾ cup of Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp of dried Italian seasoning


  1. Cook pasta to directions and cool.
  2. Add in diced tomatoes, cubed mozzarella and pepperoni slices that have been quartered
  3. Mix Italian seasoning with Italian dressing and the pour over ingredients.
  4. Mix well!

     You can increase or decrease any of these ingredients based on your personal preferences.  Have fun experimenting with other add-ins also!
