Slow Cooker Italian Chicken



Here's a delicious, super-simple chicken dish that will bring your family together, as featured in Fight For Family Meal Time.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz bag baby carrots
  • 6-8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Paul Newman’s Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup Parmesan shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. Layer the above ingredients (except the cheese) in your slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top the last hour.
  4. Serve over rice and with a tossed salad! (We like tossed salads! Lots of healthy, raw vegetables!!)
